Payment & Refund

Payment Information

When purchasing a subscription, you must provide accurate payment details and confirm authorization for the selected payment method. If payment authorization fails or is canceled, your access to Tilesview may be suspended or terminated. In suspicious cases, we may contact your payment provider or law enforcement.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless it has expired. If local laws permit cancellation within 14 days, a refund will be issued, and access to Tilesview will be revoked. In India, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Free Trial

Tilesview may offer a free trial for new users. If you sign up for a free trial, you will have access for the specified period. Tilesview reserves the right to modify or cancel the free trial offer at any time.

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are recurring unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions are charged monthly or annually, and renewal occurs on the same billing date each cycle. If a month has fewer days than your subscription date, renewal will occur on the last day of that month.

Payment Methods

Tilesview accepts credit cards, debit cards, and other available payment methods. We do not offer price protection or refunds for discounts or promotions. For auto-renewing subscriptions, the payment method on file will be charged at the start of each billing cycle. If payment fails, your access to Tilesview may be revoked until a valid payment method is provided.

Taxes

Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST) may be added based on your location. Users are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or additional tax obligations required by law.

Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid further charges, cancel before the next billing cycle. If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of the billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. If you fail to cancel before the next billing cycle, no refund will be issued.
